Terms of service
The ordinary rules of buying something from a small shop, written down.

Orders
When you place an order you are offering to buy; we accept it when we email a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example a pricing error or suspected fraud) and will refund you in full if we do. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is shown at payment.
Products
Our products are handmade to order from PLA bioplastic. Small variations in colour and surface are part of a handmade item. Products are decorative and not toys; they contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three. Keep away from heat and direct sun.

Personalised text
When you ask us to add text to an ornament, you confirm you have the right to use it. We add plain lettering only and do not reproduce logos, brand typefaces, slogans or other protected designs. We may decline a request and refund the personalisation charge, and we are not responsible for text you supply.
Intellectual property
Designs, models, photographs and text on this site are ours. Buying an ornament does not grant any right to reproduce the design, in print or digitally.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
