We collect what we need to make and ship your order, and not much else.

What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, what you bought and any gift note, so we can make and ship the order and send a receipt and tracking.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Newsletter: your email, only if you join the list. Unsubscribe with one click in any email.
- Site usage: standard server logs and, if we enable it, privacy-respecting analytics without cross-site tracking.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, answer your messages, send order updates, and, if you opted in, tell you about new products. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), USPS and label providers (shipping), Vercel (hosting) and our email provider (receipts and newsletter). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
Email hello@lodgeandlift.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which we honour for everyone.
Cookies
We use local storage in your browser to remember your cart and the address you typed at checkout so you do not have to re-enter it. Nothing identifies you to third parties.
