If it is not right, we make it right.
30-day returns
Return any unused ornament in its original box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Email hello@lodgeandlift.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. You cover return postage unless the return is our mistake.
Exchanges
Want a different colour once more are available? Same process; we ship the replacement as soon as the return is on its way back.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email a photo and we send a replacement right away, postage on us. No need to return the original.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your ornament starts printing, which is usually within 24 hours of ordering.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method within two business days of us receiving the return, and typically show on your statement in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
