Shipping
Short version: free, from California, tracked, after 1-3 business days of printing.
Processing time
Every ornament is printed when you order it. Allow 1-3 business days between your order and the shipping notification. Orders placed on weekends start printing Monday. During December we extend printer hours; if processing ever stretches beyond three business days we will email you first.
Shipping method and cost
All US orders ship free by USPS Ground Advantage, which takes 2-5 days to most addresses. You receive a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned. We do not currently ship outside the United States; join the list and we will tell you when that changes.
Holiday cut-off
For delivery by December 24, order by December 12. Orders after that date are still likely to arrive in time to most West Coast addresses, but we cannot guarantee it.
Address changes
Email hello@lodgeandlift.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will update the address before the label prints. After shipping, changes have to go through USPS.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows delivered and the box is not there, give it 24 hours (carriers often scan early), check with neighbours, then email us. If a package is lost or arrives damaged we send a replacement at no cost.
